Children's Birthday parties have evolved over the years. We used to just have square Buttercream-frosted Chiffon cakes decorated with a figurine of our favorite cartoon character on top with Spaghetti with minced meat in Tomato sauce. Now, while the Spaghetti lives on, the cakes are definitely grander. Aside from the food, kids and adults are also entertained by Clowns, Magicians, Dancers, Singers, and even human Beatboxers. On a recent Birthday party, I got to witness this Hello Kitty themed Birthday cake surrounded by cupcakes with lovely decorations on top. More pictures after the jump.

Aside from the entertainment, all kinds of booths are also commissioned to keep the visitors busy. Usual booth stations would be Hotdog stands, Ice Cream Bars, Potato Fries station, and a Sticker Booth where you can have your name printed on waterproof stickers! These can all be trivial and meaningless to the grumpy adult especially if you're attending the party without a kid towed in hand. The best way really to enjoy these kind of parties is to simply channel the inner child in you and play along! After all, we have all gone through being a kid and it wouldn't be bad (in fact, in can be beneficial) to live like a kid again. So I had this made for myself (^O^)/.
